Superb. Popped in regards MOT, which was necessary. No hastle, booked in and done. Service excellent. Used to use in the past but then had a lease car so had to use a designated garage. Back to my own car, so back to VAS.

Unfortunately it's with a heavy heart that I need to write this review as I previously wrote a positive one on this company however I feel I need to present my experience to any potential customers...I took my car in initially to get inspected for a shaking steering wheel.Following the inspection, I was made aware one of the suspension arms (off side) had a lot of play and needed replacing.The work was carried out very quickly but yet when I got the car back and drove it, the car still felt very unsteady and there was a lot of feedback through the steering wheel.I took the car back for a transmission service and to look at why there was still the feedback and why the car felt unsteady.The response was 'the other suspension arm (near side) / ball joint has a bit of play in it'.I am at a loss why this wasn't picked up during the initial inspection as these issues don't suddenly occur (having a bit of knowledge through working on cars myself and owning a project car that I personally built).I was also quoted an extortionate amount to have this done and rear coils replaced coming to well over 700.I rang the local Mercedes dealer just on the rear spring issue and they quoted me over 100 less than what VAS did for this issue alone.I found the guys there very friendly and had high hopes that they would be my go to as I live close and would have put a lot of work their way, but following the recent quotes and neglect following the initial inspection, I won't be returning
