I can't even pick a star but gif I had to its a 1 customer care awful, I purchased over a 1000 pounds worth of jumpers pre xmas, checked they could be changed if size was wrong as many were gifts. Turned up today to exchange a large to extra large, with tags on. Lady with glasses decided in her opinion their was fluff on the jumper and it had been worn, really with large tags, rude beyond believe told to come back when Mr Alexandra was in. Explained I work, not good enough. I try and support local business however they are very happy to take your money customer care 0%, rudeness 100,% refused to give me her name to write to Mr Alexandra. Never again will I recommend or buy or support this business. Truly awful customer care!!!!!!
