Door very difficult to open as I use a walking frame.When I leave I have to ask a member of reception staff to hold the door open I think they should. be more aware of patients with physical difficulties.
Had an appointment today had one of my teeth removed and a filling have to say I was a nervous wreck walking on the way to the dentist was bad enough waiting 40 extra minutes to be seen was truly crapping it when I got called in I could feel my nerves getting really bad I even though about going nearly bottled it, I layed down and before I knew it my tooth was out the lady even thought she might not be able to get it out at first since we thought it was just going to shatter, these two ladies were so professional and helpful... she asked me if I was ok every few minutes, Ive never had a dentist like this unfortunetly I cant remember her name or her assistants name but I hope they get praised if their manager sees this, they truly deserve it! The best dentist Ive ever had and my fear of needles has most certainly calmed down since this lady has been my dentist! So happy that my tooth is out now and so happy that I know I have a dentist I can trust and shes very polite and so lovely as well as her assistant! Ive had some bad experiences with dentists but now Im registered with my dentist I have no more worries! Lovely dentist, lovely staff, they are all professional and the receptionists are lovely too, thankyou all so much
To have an appointment Ive been booked in over ONE MONTH and 3 DAYS! And then if you need a filling they wont to it on the same day, you have to book ANOTHER appointment and wait even longer! What the hell is going on here?
Phoned for an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth and was asked to phone back the next day, which I did. An appointment was made for the end of that week. I was able to get cover at work, but when I arrived I was told there had been a miscommunication and that I had no appointment, despite the fact I was told it bad been booked whilst on the phone. The receptionist was polite enough, but clearly was not competent. Am now waiting a further two weeks to get my tooth fixed.
Went for a check up a couple years ago asking for a teeth exam and clean, they gave a brief check up and said everything is fine but I should keep good oral hygiene otherwise I may have problems when I am in late 20's.Well I am 23 now and one of my teeth has cracked I am in a foreign country with no job anymore so its a bit late. Don't seem to know what they're doing be very specific if you have a problem even if it's visible
