Provided a top rate service. Our door lock broke on us exiting the house so we were essentially locked out. This happened 'out of hours' but the call-taker was extremely sympathetic to our plight and had a technician (Phill) at our remote location within 30 minutes. Phill was able to gain entry to our house and replaced the broken lock for us - he was professional and assured throughout. For an emergency, 'out of hours' call and a good quality replacement lock the pricing was very reasonable. To put the icing on the cake, the call-taker phoned us back shortly after the technician's departure to check that we were happy with the job that had been carried out. 100% happy - wonderful service.

Highly recommend P&R these guys have always come to the rescue pronto! I try not to make it a regular occurrence to lock myself out, forget the key safe code, jump a wall, climb up to a second floor window to get back in, but when I do have to contemplate this option again I will call the P&R Crew. Also great for shoe repairs and engraving and always with a smile. Brilliant service.
