First visit I was given the wrong medication, second visit I had the door closed in front of my face, at 7.24pm when they close at 7.30 I wasn't going in to browse I was collecting a prescription that was urgent and done by the doctor to collect.find it Very rude that the blonde girl seem me coming and practically ran to lock the door before I reached it, I explained I only needed to collect yet was told was closed when the time was clearly not closing time will not be using this pharmacy again very poor customer service and now I have no medication have always visited my old pharmacy 5min before closing due to social anxiety never have they closed early and never had the door closed in my face
Awful. Problems never solved. Long waits/queues. 5 days to get prescriptions and then still not ready. Avoid if you can.
We regularly used this pharmacy for my Mother's medication and whilst the shelves are not overstocked, the staff are very friendly and helpful.They will also deliver locally.
