BARNEY considers it professionally acceptable to arrive one minute late for the first appointment and then 5 minutes late for the second one. I get a very strong sense that this is normal for him. I find this extremely disrespectful as he obliges me to be kept waiting at his convenience and to be constantly thinking will he wont he come and will I get a full session or do have to quietly accept the 5 minutes has been ripped off me.I dont like it dont want it and refuse an apology.I have been recently diagnosed with type 1 or 2 diabetes and BARNEY knew this from the outset yet he considers it absolutely ok to keep me waiting at my inconvenience and cost and discomfort.
