Despite saying theyd come in the afternoon, they turned up in the morning. We mutually agreed to postpone the service until another time as they were early and I wasnt home yet. Next thing I know, theyre charging 72 for aborted callout. Theres nothing on the website about call out charges and no-one mentioned them at any point. Terrible communication, rude email and what felt like borderline harassment (three phone calls and two invoices in 24 hours). I will never use this company again. One star is too generous in my opinion.
Requested a bolier service but first appointment cancelled due to sickness. Rearranged by me phoning but engineer never showed up. Only found out he had 'overrun' on a Friday when I phoned at 14.30 despite appointment being for 12.00. Extremely poor service and communication.
I use this company to service my Aga and they are excellent. I have no need to look for anyone else.
