SHARON EDEVANE : Without Sharon's persistence and insistence and pure professional approach, our lengthy six-month sale might never have completed. She was so determined to finalise things on our behalf, absolutely putting us as clients first all the time.Our sale and purchase went down to the last minute, both for exchange and completion. The solicitors who acted for our buyer seemed exceptionally incompetent, requesting signatures at the moment of exchange. This was delayed by the solicitor not being in office on the day we were supposed to exchange (7th December) and then demanding signatures twice from our buyer on the Monday and Tuesday of the following week. We finally exchanged on Thursday 13th December! If Sharon had not physically obtained these signatures and followed everything through, we would have not managed our purchase. It is shocking how delayed everything was due to some people simply not doing their job.Thank you Sharon, your staff were also very supportive - but you are a STAR.
