The Riverside is a fantastic restaurant and bar, And also houses a one screen cinema. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the house.
Comfy new seats in chunky cream corduroy. Good sound and big screen. Great indie and mainstream programme but recent price rise to 8.50 was a bit steep.
We always enjoy visiting the riverside. It is well lit, warm with comfortable clean seats. Very relaxing with a very good variety of films plus streamed operas, plays and ballets and f films of local interest.
The restaurant attached to our delightful local cinema. Food is generally excellent, the ambience is usually good, and the prices are moderate, especially at lunchtime. Recommended.
Lovely little local cinema. We saw Bohemian Rhapsody and it was fab. Comfortable seats and lovely and warm in there. I also took my 6 month old with me wasn't sure I would be allowed but she was fab and noone said anything, everyone was really lovely.
