Went to Ipswich to have my Dacia serviced. Waited in the adjacent Skoda showroom while the the car was being serviced. Nice showroom with pleasant staff. Coffee was great while we were there, really tasty! Overall a good experience.
I would never trust them.I have travelled 150 miles to buy superb only to discover had been damaged and poorly repaired so had to complain to their head office because bristo skoda sales person totally ignored me and was totally different attitudes towards me compare to when they were selling the car Anyway their high rank manager had agreed with me to take that car back otherwise they would never take it back after receiving the payment. Eventually i had to make that long journey again following very stressful conversation with the dealership and it was alot of inconvenience and waste of time and journey money was also wasted in fuel and train tickets .They had no sympathey whatsoever for me trvaling that long mith my family and no offer of any help with trvaling cost .Many lies when I was called they said it's a very nice genuine and clean car and I had trust them as main dealers .it really shocked me when they said it was very normal to sell accidental repaired car for them and I was really lucky in the past if i didn't receive that kind of service or cars and they also said I was really lucky to get my money refunded.
The lady who came out to chat to us was so polite and friendly, she knew I wasn't buying just looking as I had a list of cars I was researching for my new company car but she didn't rush me and answered all my questions
Have bought two cars from here. Thinking about a 3rd. Everyone always so helpful but no pressure. Highly recommend.
