Bought my wife a car Oct 17 from this dealer was miss sold a paint protector product, three months after purchase we find paperwork in the car confirming the product had been put on the car when first registered the salesman failed to point this out, I rang Ipswich Grose who confirmed this info would have been apparent to the salesman on computer records, she emailed garage about this got no reply - not surprised. Today she received a letter stating "our records indicate your vehicle is due an MOT on 20th Aug" however this letter relates to the old car my wife no longer has, so record keeping could do with an update also. Haven't had much luck with this dealer - found Ipswich Grose more helpful , professional & honest when I purchased a car in Feb this year. Following this review and speaking to Shaun Cox a refund was given for the paint protector product.
